How It Works
To get started, simply call or email the salon to sign up and set up your monthly Direct Debit.
Your membership gives you up to 8 professional blow‑dries per month, including a luxury conditioning treatment and personalised styling with brushes, irons or tongs.
Once your membership is active, appointments should be booked in advance each month, especially if you prefer a specific day or time.
If your preferred stylist isn’t available, we’ll offer either an alternative stylist at your chosen time, or the next available appointment with your preferred stylist.
Terms & Conditions
Membership is non-transferable.
Unused appointments do not roll over.
Minimum 6-month commitment required.
Cancelling your Direct Debit ends your membership.
4 weeks’ notice is required to cancel, otherwise the following month will be charged.
Payments are taken monthly on the same date.
Membership activates after the first payment is received.
Available with selected stylists only.
All monthly appointments must be booked by the 1st of each month.
Maximum of 8 blow-dries per month.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations; missed or late-cancelled appointments will still be charged.
A standard blow-dry includes wash, blow-dry and styling with brushes, straighteners or tongs (no restyles or occasion hair).
Services are fixed-price with no upgrade options.
You can join at any time; your join date becomes your monthly billing date.
