I have both my hair and nails done at Muse. Nardia and Ian are great and I’m always really pleased with the results. Everyone is very friendly, always professional, and the atmosphere is good. Highly recommended.

I found Will easy to talk to, he listened to me and understood what I wanted. I’m extremely happy both with the cut and the finishing.

Another stunning colour and cut at Muse! Incredible to find a stylist like John who cuts my short hair so beautifully.

Offered a drink as i sat down which was great, allowed to relax and have good conversations, looked after till I walked out the door, I asked to move as I was getting warm my head always gets really hot with foils and I was moved straight away. Ian is a great hair dresser and always delivers! Thankyou so much!

I’ve had Will cut my hair before and it turned out perfect, so when I was booking for a consultation I knew I wanted him to do my hair. He is so lovely and really thorough making sure he knows exactly what you want. Can’t wait to have my hair cut and coloured by him in a few weeks

Absolutely love visiting Muse ✨ Such a gorgeous salon with the loveliest atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I’ve been for balayage, nails and treatments and every experience has been amazing. My hair colour always turns out beautifully — exactly what I ask for — and the head massage during the wash is honestly unreal The whole team are so friendly, welcoming and talented, making you feel completely relaxed and looked after. My nails were painted perfectly and lasted so well too! A real little self-care haven and such a treat to visit every time

The owners, John and Martin are just really, genuinely lovely people. The rest of the staff are brilliant too. Every visit, every interaction, they've gone above and beyond without making a big deal of it, it never feels like an effort for them, it just seems like how they are. And yeah, the hair looks great. Every time. If you're looking for somewhere in Broadway that actually makes you feel welcome and does a cracking job — this is it. Can't recommend them enough.

I have been using Muse for well over 15 years and have never had a bad experience in that time. All of the stylists I have visited have listened to what I want and offered advice when needed. An extremely talented bunch of people and I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent professional service as always. I'm so pleased with my extensions they are so natural looking and soft ( I've had so many compliments!) I'm always made to feel very special by all of the staff ,they always go above & beyond & are all incredibly talented. My visit was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Well recommended! I really enjoy going to Muse and seeing Martin work his magic! He has great ideas and really knows what suits me. The salon itself is very comfortable from the hair wash area and comfortable seats to the fab screen to float you away somewhere dreamy. All the staff are lovely and friendly too. See you in 6 weeks.
