My first time visiting Muse. I had a friendly welcome from the team. Sophy made me feel at ease straight away, really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. We spoke about what I should do with my hair colour in the future to hide my dreadful greys. I’m really happy with my C/B today and will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed having my hair cut by Nikki today. She was very attentive to what I was asking for, explained everything she was going to do really well and gave great tips for easy blowdrying and styling my new cut. Friendly and professional service all round, as always.

Offered a drink as i sat down which was great, allowed to relax and have good conversations, looked after till I walked out the door, I asked to move as I was getting warm my head always gets really hot with foils and I was moved straight away. Ian is a great hair dresser and always delivers! Thankyou so much!

Absolutely love visiting Muse ✨ Such a gorgeous salon with the loveliest atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I’ve been for balayage, nails and treatments and every experience has been amazing. My hair colour always turns out beautifully — exactly what I ask for — and the head massage during the wash is honestly unreal The whole team are so friendly, welcoming and talented, making you feel completely relaxed and looked after. My nails were painted perfectly and lasted so well too! A real little self-care haven and such a treat to visit every time

I have been a customer of Muse for many years and I always receive the most professional service. All staff are warm and welcoming making visits a real treat. Jon and Martin always greet every customer and never fail to give you their utmost attention. Their constant investment in staff and training has meant that I feel fully confident in whoever is looking after me. The owners, John and Martin are just really, genuinely lovely people. The rest of the staff are brilliant too. Every visit, every interaction, they've gone above and beyond without making a big deal of it, it never feels like an effort for them, it just seems like how they are. And yeah, the hair looks great. Every time. If you're looking for somewhere in Broadway that actually makes you feel welcome and does a cracking job — this is it. Can't recommend them enough.
