Yes, we offer free skin consultations. During your consultation, we’ll discuss any concerns you have about your skin and go over your current skincare routine to provide personalised recommendations.

Can I have this treatment when pregnant?

Yes. After your first trimester (3months).

Can I have an allergic reaction? If so, what happens?

Yes, an allergic reaction is possible, though rare. It may cause redness, warmth, or swelling. If this occurs, we would wash off the product and apply cold compresses to soothe the area.

Is there any reason not to have this treatment?

In most cases, this treatment is safe. However, it’s not recommended if you have certain conditions, such as:

Active infections, such as coldsores or impetigo

Severe acne, eczema or psoriasis

Accutane (or similar medication) you must wait 1 year after discontinuing it before having a facial

Have had anti ageing injections, fillers & chemical peels - wait at least 2 weeks before a facial to allow the treatment to settle

Cancer patients - clients undergoing Chemotherapy/ Radiotherapy are a higher risk of infection and may also be too weak for a facial treatment
